Water from A/C leaking inside the driver's side

Asked by Sep 12, 2015 at 01:25 PM about the 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After running the car, I noticed that the a/c leaks inside the drivers side, could it be the a/c drain or something else?

Most likely it is the drain, out in my area the mud wasps can fill one up overnight.

I found the drain and took a small house and blew some air and doesn't look clogged and did notice the leak on the inside where it exits out to the fire wall.

I meant to say hose.

It is not suppose to leak inside, is it split or the plastic tube cracked or broken.

Here's the inside pic, it is leaking under the area where the drain exits outside. Could there be a crack or could it just be very plugged up?

Is it possible to bypass this drain, make another drain by drilling into the housing and adding a drain hose and out through the floor of the car?
