Looks like the gasket needs to be replaced. You will need to remove the antifreeze, then remove the bolts holding the thermostat assembly. Make sure you remove all the old gasket material, reinstall with a new gasket, refill the system making sure you bleed it and leak test...

Also make sure there are no cracks on the housing.
