which fuse do i need to replace for my tail lights, power locks and dash lights?

tail lights, power locks and  dash lights have been out since radiator was replaced

check the IOD fuse... It's in the under hood fuse box in a special plastic retainer

Fuse # 15 in fuse block.It is a 15 amp fuse. I think this fuse is inside vehc. The PDC is under hood. Power Distribution Center.It says it is in the fuse BLOCK.
