I replaced the fuel pump on my 2004 dodge neon because my friend was using it to go to work but it stalled out and wont crank. It turns over but wont start. I dont know what to do please help.

Check in line filter, check fuel relay, and make sure timing is set

can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key? any fuel pressure at the rail? could be the regulator
