2004 dodge intrepid

It started missing.. Had it put on the machine and it said it was miss-firing in two cylinders.. I changed all the plugs and all the coil packs.. Doing the exact same thing..Cranks right up, runs for a few minutes and starts missing..I do not want to drop a lot of money into this car..What is it..
