I recently (January 2017) had the lifters and cam shaft replaced in my 2011 Ram 1500 with a 5.7 h at 50k miles (not my issue today). Would that affect my a/c?

It was blowing ice cold last fall. Now the air starts out cool and warms up after a few minutes. Tried it 70 degree weather and 90 degree. I'm wondering if's reasonable for me to expect the dealership to fix this. I have a 2 year warranty on the work that was performed to replace the lifters.
