My 1992 e350 won't start after having had a change of spark plugs, wires, rotor, cap, coil, and pcm.

Why would you change the PCM during a tune up? Did you gat a failure code for it? You should recheck the firing order of the ignition wires, then make sure you got everything plugged back in properly, the coil plug can be tricky, it has to click to latch. Then check for spark and fuel pressure.
