After reinstalling the engine the starter turns the engine for about 10 seconds and quits. the only codes that turn up are P1155 and P1639. any sugestions?

P1639 is a corrupted or misprogrammed engine computer. You might need to have it reflashed by the dealer. Is this the computer that came with this engine or from a swap?

the computer is the original that was in the truck and was working perfectly before the engine was taken out to fix the screw that holds the damper to the crankshaft-.
