Can you take a driver's license test with the temporary paper registration from a dealer?

My dad bought me a car for my 18th bday
and my dads cars handle is broken so we
cant use that car and my car has bo license
plates yet. I think we did get insurance
papers from the dealer but yeah can i use
that car? Please help

As long as the car has license plates or temporary plates AND insurance you should be good to go.
