my side view mirrors only adjust side ways not up and down

Not sure which fuse would be for them, or if there are 2 of them, but if you don't have the original owners manual for the car try googling images of fuse box for 2008 Honda Accord and you should be able to find a pic and list there. ' Also, if your mirrors adjust in 2 directions, but not in all 4 directions, chances are it is NOT a fuse problem, but instead, the motors are gummed up from not being moved occasionally. You can use your fingers to push the mirrors in the direction you want it to go, such as push the top of the mirror as far as it can go, then try the button again. This will usually get the gunk broken up enough to allow it to be adjusted with the switch, and you should always move both mirrors in all directions once in a while to keep this from happening.
