My car is squealing when I turn my wheels...Sounds like low power steering fluid

2001 honda accord...replaced my alternator
and IMMEDIATELY the car began squealing
when I turn my wheels...fluid is full and
been flushed.

The belt is loose. Tighten it up. The noise will go away.
