Would a po135 code pertain to the 02 sensor after the cataylic convertor also?

Question type: General

o2 sensor has been replaced twice before the convertor on exhaust, after clearing codes, still get po135 code, so would sensor after convertor be a problem?

I would check the sensor ground first, that code is for the O2 sensor heater indicating a resistance problem.
