Why isn’t there a recall on2012 Impreza for EPS

My 2012 Impreza needs a new EPS why hasn’t there been a recall. This is a
safety issue steering pulls to the left especially at slow speed

That seems like a question more for the manufacturer than for here, and if the vehicle has not been to a dealer in a while there may be one.
