What can I do to get more power out of my 2005 Dodge Neon?

Cold air intake, catalytic converter to the back bigger exhaust including the muffler or "cat. back" and a hotter computer chip for the cars computer. These are the cheapest, easiest "bolt on" parts that you can get.

Trade it in. There is not much power to be had with a standard Neon.

With enough time, tools, knowhow and money any vehicle can be good looking, and fast. Just depends how much you want to spend
