2005 Dodge Neon SXT, squeals for about 15 seconds when starting engine.

Does not squeal after running for more than 15-20 seconds. No indicator lights showing engine problems, what should I look for?

need to find out which belt is squeeling, alt or acc belt. could be a bad belt or tensioned improperly.
