2005 Dodge Neon windshield wiper fluid won't work?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

One day I tried to use my windshield wiper fluid and nothing came out.  It is
completely full with liquid.  The wipers work just fine, I just don't hear anything when I
engage the wiper fluid.  Could it be just a fuse? I looked at both the fuses under the
hood and the ones by the drivers door and nothing says washer fluid pump or motor
etc. If you have any insight that would be great.  I would hate to pay $40 just to get it
looked at when it is a simple issue.

Might be the reservoir pump itself or a wiring issue. You'll have to do some diagnostic work.
