2005 dodge neon with auto trans getting foam and bubbles in the trans fluid. It has a new rebuilt trans. What could be the problem?

The trans just got rebuilt. It is shifting a little hard but not bad.

I would take it back and have rechecked, it could be just a leaking filter seal.

Also foaming is a symptom of the trans being overfilled with too much fluid.
