the radio in my 05 magnum just wont come on navigation screen black,fuses ok?

when I started my  car the radio dosent come on and the navigation and clock don't either

Are you sure you found ALL the fuse boxes? Radio fuses are generally in a box around the steering wheel

There’s one under the hood and one in the back beside the battery I have looked but I’m manual it’s Fuse 36 in the back
