Turns over but won't start

My friend has changed every thing they could think
of but her car turns over but won't start, she just
spent $500 in parts that weren't it, and now they are
stumped, what more could there be, please help, all
the obvious has been changed.

So what did she do?

She changed the fuel pump redid the immobilizer and put a new fuel regulator senser, checked voltage to the pump and still won't start, it will turn over but not start

Try checking to see if it gets any spark.
