My 2012 Hyundai Sonata is 15 months old. It was running smooth until I took it for a regular maintenance with tire rotation. They want to charge me for a wheel alignment. Shouldn't this be covered?

Unless it is pulling or other issues of tire wear, you shouldn't need an alignment. But if you do, you will have to pay as alignments aren't part of warranty work.
