switching from defrost to floor or dash heat not working

I can only get heat out of the defrost vents no mater what setting the controller
is on. is this a bad climate control module or something else

The system has lost vacuum. Look for a disconnected or broken vacuum hose near the intake manifold or the firewall. Hope that helps! Jim
