One of my transmission line fittings apears to be stripped (on the radiator side) Can this be retapped or will I need a new radiator? It's the radiator that is stripped.

A new radiator will work, or have a local mechanic or radiator shop re-braze a new fitting on. Other suggestion is to purchase a new transmission cooler with hoses and mount that in front of the condenser bypassing the trans cooler in the radiator.

Tom, Thank you for the advise to buy an auxiliary transmission cooler and bypass the one in the radiator. IT saved me time & money. I appreciate your quick response.
