Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2008 acura tl, and I am getting ready to replace the rear brake pads, i need to know if I need a special tool to compress the rear calipers, or can I just use a c-clamp?

A c-clamp will work just fine. Just use one of your old break pads and put it on the piston in your calipers and clamp the pad and outside caliper until the piston is far enough down and can fit back onto the breaks
