Hello, i have a 2002 jetta 1.8t 5 speed manual. I have trouble to shift it to first. i dont know why is doing this, it burnt my clutch out. Any ideas on what can it be?

Not sure how that would burn out the clutch unless you were only starting motion in 2nd gear...but, first things to check are the easy things... a good and proper clutch cable, proper lubricant level in the transmission (consider upgrading to a better gear oil), and you can pop the end-cap off the transmission to check the throw-out bearing. If that doesn't turn up anything, professional assistance may be needed.
