I have a 2012 chrysler 200 and any time it gets cold the car will turn on but
then shut itself off immediately after. the code when it happens reads "bad or
wrong chip" i have had a new key created with a new chip  coded to the car, i
have even had the computer replaced however every time it gets cold this
happens to the point of now i cant even turn my car on unless i let it sit for
like an hour. Anyone have any ideas? and yes battery's been replaced as

Welcome to the messed up world of Chrysler, this sounds like sensor trouble for the security system, now it could be wiring, or even the RF receiver. You need to find a shop that is willing to take some time trying to duplicate, diagnosis and repair the system. The dealership is not the place to have this done, so find a good independent shop that has very good reviews and hope for the best cause parts are still a problem to find especially if that are electronic.
