Replaced plugs and wires engine light still blinking and still cyl. #2 misfiring no oil in any of the plugs

What do I do next will this ruin my car

The check engine light is blinking to warn you that the engine is misfiring and damage to the catalytic converter will occur if you keep driving it. Have you checked the fuel injector for cylinder number 2? It may not be spraying. If you've got spark and fuel at that cylinder compression test that cylinder. A low reading means it's time for a valve job or a ring job. HTH. -Jim
