Do I have to let my car warm up before I take off

Nope, just start it and go. I would not recommend going wide open throttle until it is warmed up. Also in the winter it is a good idea to let it run a few minutes before driving.

Exactly what Bob said. In fact I only "warm up" my vehicles if I have to remove snow and/or ice from the vehicle. In that situation I start it and put the defroster on while clearing off the vehicle. HTH. - Jim
