Can a 05 dodge caravan 3.3 engine fit on a 2006
dodge caravan that came originally with a 3.8

It would likely fit, but you can't just swap it in place of the 06's 3.8, as you would need to swap over all the components for the 3.3. You are better off finding another 3.8 to replace the old one.
