is there a way to make the gas gauge more visible on my 2009 Pontiac Solstice coupe

Question type: General

I just bought the vehicle and have examined guides, etc but can find no way to make the gas gauge more visible during the day - is a little easier at night

You could try adding some LED's to illuminate it. Remove the trim and see if there's room to add a couple 3mm lamps that point towards the gauge.

They have LED flashlights on eBay. They recharge in the cigarette lighter socket. Under $5 shipped

The gas gauge is easy to see in any light. Have you turned up the dash brightness? If the display is dim, you have a problem to be fixed.
