Complaining the car is doing the exact same thing it was doing before they replaced the timing chain and everything else and the mechanic says I spun the main bearing causing the oil pump to lose pressure and the timing chain to slip and jump time without even looking at the car. My question is can the main bearing go out cause that ?

Repair should be under warranty, I would think. My timming chain repair has lasted over 40k miles. Keep an eye on oil level also. When engine oil gets low it will not activate the cam solenoid, and is hard on the timing chain and guides. If you live in a cold weather environment, regularly clean pcv orifice and tubing. It will sludge up.
