my convertible top won't go down on my chrysler sebring

Have you checked your fuses and relays in the larger fuse panel under hood? Most of those relays are the same and you can swap the one for the top out for another one to see if that makes it work.

I have a 1999 Sebring and the top will only go part way down. Any help ?
