how do i find out why the defroster and feet blower is not working? 1996 chrysler sebring
jxi. the top front vents are fine.

Hmmm. It could be your Blend Door Actuator. Typically only the Defroster is all that "Works" when that malfunctions. You may be able to Youtube how to replace/install. If you decide to take it to a shop, I would first try a Auto Electrical Specialty shop. They typically charge a lot less than a Dealer Repair facility and have more knowledge than an average Auto Repair shop.. Ask them what they would charge before you give it to them. They can probably tell you.
