Tail lights not working break light n signal works

Check your bulbs. Most tail lights have double filaments. One may be burned out. If bulbs are good, turn on your lights. Take the bulb out and test to see if you have voltage going to the bulb socket. If you have no voltage, your switch could be bad also.

Bulbs are fine fuse keeps blowing as soon as turn on

If the fuse keeps blowing I would say that you have a split or broken wire and it's grounding out against the frame. Have someone follow the wire harness back from your tail lights. I had the same issue on my pickup truck. One wire got pinched between the bed and the frame, and I kept blowing fuses.
