amp got flooded battery is being drained

Probably. If flooding severe, wiring connections exposed to moisture (ex-seat motors, heaters) will continue to corrode over time. Battery may require recharge if jumpstart ineffective. Bypass amp and replace carpet pad. Borax solution on carpet removes mold/ mildew without bleaching. Believe me I know your pain. Good luck.

This is a common problem on sebring convertibles replace top amp is a salvage yard item, be sure to place seat upper and lower in a warm dry place to detour mildew, open car if you can for ventilation as the seats are leather and very sensitive to moisture,wiping seats down w a saddle oil will prevent drying and shrinking. A wet dry vac will remove bulk water.
