Where do I find the wire to disconnect my horn in a 1998 Chrysler cirrus?

I took my 1998 Chrysler Cirrus out on a very rocky road today and on the way
back home on the highway, the horn started honking. I would like to disconnect
the horn but don't know where the  wire is to do that.
