The a/c @heat won't work in my 99 Chrysler sebring

You said you checked relay,what about fuse?And if fuse is good,it could be the blower motor,or the fan switch itself.

I have not checked the fuse, honestly I don't know where it is. Would it be under the hood, or in the car by my foot pedals?

I actually found it earlier but the fuse is good.

If it is good, need to check the swicth and the blower motor.

How can I check those?

May not hurt to check this ,,may be the problem,if it just suddenly went out.

You can ohm it,if you have ohm meter,or take it to part,s store,they may check it for you.
