check the fan relays and or fuses.

I check real eyes realize a good I hope the fan directly up to the bad and the teams running I change the temperature sensor but fans still none does not run

I know you changed the temp sensor, but you can run a little test to see if it is the temp sensor. Unplug the sensor wire, and jumper wire between the two contacts in the plug. If the fans come on you probably got a bad new sensor. If they don't come on then go to the relays and check for power there. If they are good then it could be wiring problem between the relays and fan. There is a possibility it is an ecm problem but this is less likely. There are several good videos on YouTube on how to diagnose a cooling fan problem. Check them out.
