my battery light is on ,but car runs good for about 2 min then dies, then cranks again then dies

Sounds to me like your alternator is dead/dying...get a NEW battery and see if the battery will charge again...check the alternator belt~

in that 2 minutes lift a bat. cable off the post and if it dies like now, then its the alt. Chrysler has automatic shutdown built in it to kill engine for many reasons,this may be one
