Kia is replacing the engine of my 2011 Optima SX. They're also telling me the turbo is bad, but that it's not covered by the recall. Should I be having to pay for the turbo?

When I step on the gas my car is very sluggish to respond. It does not misfire or anythign like that. The engine reves up like normal but I get sluggish acceleration. My kia optima 2012 stopped running in the middle of me driving it. IT TURN BUT WONT START. MAKING CLICKING NOISE. the battery light came on and said key undetected. so my mechanic came, and i ended replacing a battery and starter because whatever is going on fried the old ones. after that my car wouldnt even turn anymore. lights come on and nothing. i have it towed to kia dealership now, I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR POWER TRAIN.
