Vents in dash will not allow air to blow straight or to the floor. Defroster works and all air blows out of defrost vents.

The defroster blows hot and cold, temp works and fans are clearly working from low to
high.  Vents in the dash will not allow air to come out of them.  Changed internal fuses.  Is
there an arm or controller I can check.  Mountainview Goodyear wants $120 to diagnose.

Check for a broken vacuum line coming from engine into the heater box. This is what controls where the air goes.
