my 99 chry 300m keeps over heating

i have changed my radiator, thermostat, radiator cap, did pressure checks,and it still
overheats but it only does it when im in stop and go traffic and if its getting hot and i start
to drive fast it cools down and im not losing any fluid  what else would it be im bout to go
nutts trying to fix this.

Get engine up to temp and turn on A/C both fans should come on. If not check fuses, wiring and motors.

i just turned a/c on at op temp only one fan kicks on is this my overheating problem
