2000 5 in 1 Module Failed. Need a used one. Doubt it can be repaired.

The 5-1 (MPG, Current MPG, Miles till empty, Trip and Outside Temp with Metric read
out button) Module in the Dashboard cluster failed. For awhile, it would go to a code like
ddc or something, then slapping dashboard would bring it back to readouts. Now, it is
blank. Believe same module was used in 2000 and earlier. Any line on a replacement or
experience repairing?
