I live in Honolulu and can empathize with your problem with expensive parts. See the following links for parts: http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/2000/chrysler/sebring/body_mechanical_-ar-_trim/window_regulator.html http://www.automotix.net/usedautoparts/2000-chrysler-sebring-front_window_regulator-inventory.html Be sure to check the part details (right or left door; coupe vs. convertible; etc.) If you feel like DIY (totally possible if you're a little handy), look up help how-to videos such as this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PU5ib08SVHA In general, you just need to: (1) Open/remove the door panel (2) Un-bolt the window from the window regulator (3) Use blue painter's tape to secure the window in the closed/up position (4) Remove the broken window regulator (and/or motor) (5) Replace the broken parts and possibly re-lubricate moving parts and window channels (6) Reassemble and test everything (7) Close door panel. Good luck!
