Where - is the fuel restart button for a 2001chrysler voyager?

I ran out of gas coasted into a gas station - filled up completely  - then when started it  .... seemed like it was going to but sounded funny like  couldn't get the new gas in then nothing  wont turn over no response  - has enough power to the battery  -  - had two guys bang on what they said was a solenoid s I held key on  - - nothing  - where is this fuel rest button

Your fuel filter might be clogged or the fuel pump burned out being starved of fuel. Check the fuel pressure before replacing both.
