Honestly Chrysler never set a change mileage on the timing chain. Belts stretch and wear, chains do not. How many miles are on the car?

If the chain rattles a lot then change it along with the guides etc but if it is quiet leave it alone.

The 2.7L chrysler 2.7L v6 is an Interference engine. meaning if you break or "jump" timing, it can bend Valves. Plan on a new engine
