my chrysler sebring howles while driving down the road. what could be?

Bad wheel bearing most likely. Raise the wheel off the ground. Car in neutral, spin the wheel and grab the spring. If the bearing is bad, you'll feel it in the spring. A bad bearing usually makes more noise when you turn the steering wheel.
