My van is making a clicking
noise and its not on it
sounds like its coming from
the relay box and it killed my
battery car wont start

I could very well be just because the battery failed, battery life is usually not more than 3 years. if the vehicle was getting so low on power it could be the relay is being trigger because of low voltage whether it is on or not. I recommend having the battery tested
