TRANSMISSION or seal or????

My 02 buick rendezvous transmission was slipping
and while driving I noticed smoke in mirror pulled over
and seen what looked like transmission fluid all over
ground car no longer goes in any gear did I blow
transmission or did a seal break any input would be
great and also wondering what kind of transmission is
compatible with my 2002 buick rendezvous awd
