Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car will not shift gears after reaching about
20 mph. Before last week when I would drive
steady with no stopping it would eventually act
right. Now its not. Some a people I've talked to
suggest that lucus stuff and some do not. But
also the abs is acting up on it too. And
someone said that the abs could be the reason
for it not shifting gears like its suppose to. I
need help. Any advice is appreciated! A

If it's an all wheel drive do not put anything in the trannie. It is a special fluid. (Versatrac) if you put anything else in it will damage you transmission. If your ABS light is in, check the connections at all 4 wheel sensors. Sometimes they get a loose and dirty connection which will disable the all wheel drive and ABS because if it can't see the wheel sensor speed, I it can't determine how to apply the ABS or all wheel drive.
