Sounds like you may have a bad wheel hub/bearing. Wheel speed sensor clearance may be out of spec with a malfunctioning or worn out hub/bearing which could explain the dash lights being on. I would recommend having it looked at and serviced.

I had to replace all 4 wheel hub assemblies . Funny though, there was a recall on the passenger front wheel hub. Got my $ back for that one. If the hub is bad and the sensor is bad, the ABS and all wheel drive will disable.
